Serena Williams defeated Petra Kvitova in 2010 Wimbledon Ladies Singles Semifinals with 7-6(5) and 6-2 at Centre Court, London.
In the first round, Petra Kvitova give the tough competition but the 1st seed Serena Williams leads against Petra Kvitova with 7-6(5).
In the second round Serena Williams won easily with 6-2. This match was completed in two sets.
In the quater-final, Serena defeated LiNa with 7-5 and 6-3, Petra Kvitova defeated Kaia Kanepi with 4-6, 7-6(8) and 8-6. In the finals, Serena Williams will face Vera Zvonareva on 3rd July, 2010 at Centre Court.
