Netherlands advance the final in the 2010 FIFA World Cup after defeated Uruguay with 3-2 in first semi-final at Cape Town’s Green Point Stadium, South Africa. In the final, Netherlands will meet the Spain or Germany at Johannesburg on 11th July.
In the 18th minute, Netherlands player, Giovanni Van Bronckhorst got the goal and at the 41' Uruguay player, Diego Forlan got the goal. In the first half, both the teams got one goal each.
In the second half, Netherlands players, Wesley Sneijder and Arjen Robben made a goals in 70' and 73' with three minutes difference. In second minute of injury time, Netherlands player Maximiliano Pereira got the goal.
This is the second time both the teams are played each other. In the first time, Netherlands won over Uruguay with 2-0 in the 1974 World Cup. In the semi-finals match of 2010 World Cup, Netherlands defeated Uruguay with 3-2.
